Warranty Registration
Dealer must register
product warranty within 7 days from when vehicle is sold.
QLINK, L.P. (d/b/a QLINK Motor[s]) will keep records
of all the registration forms for the warranty policy on all
the units.
No warranty claim will be processed unless the product
warranty is registered with QLINK Motor.
Limited Warranty
All new, on-road QLINK
Motor motorcycles and scooters are covered by a 2 YEAR
LIMITED WARRANTY.
New, off-road UTVs and ATV’s are covered by a 1 YEAR
LIMITED WARRANTY.
Only QLINK Authorized Dealers can submit warranty
claims, not consumers.
Claims will not be processed unless registration is
complete.
Initial dealer pre-delivery inspections and set-up (PDI) of
the product are very important in ensuring trouble free
operation.
Issues that QLINK Motor deems were preventable by the PDI
are the responsibility of the dealer that set-up the bike.
Warranty starts from the
date of purchase by the consumer from their QLINK Motor
Dealer. During
the warranty policy period, QLINK Motor will cover all
warranty parts and labor if (1) the parts are ordered by an
Authorized QLINK Dealer or Service Center and (2) all work is carried out by
these QLINK Authorized Technicians.
Warranty parts are provided and labor reimbursement
is granted to the dealerships after the work is done and if
a customer signed work order is faxed to QLINK Motor within
30 days after the dealer receives the warranty parts.

identify which parts are and are not covered under the QLINK
Motor Limited Warranty.
Any parts/conditions not listed below are subject to
the final approval or denial of coverage by the Parts
Technicians at QLINK Motor’s corporate office.
